Paradise Valley Golf Club. I will assist you in anyway that I

Paradise Valley Tournament Regulations
Reservation Procedure-
Tournament dates are on a first come first serve basis, and are not
considered “booked” until Paradise Valley Golf Club has
received a signed tournament agreement and deposit.
Guarantees and Confirmation-
A final count of the number of players is required on the 8th day preceding
the tournament. The final count or the minimum, which ever is greater
will be the amount billed. Food and Beverage guarantees are to be handled
in the same manner.
Cancellations-
Written cancellation received at least 60 days in advance of tournament
date will receive full refund of deposit. Written or Verbal cancellation
received less than 60 days in advance will result in a forfeit the tournament
deposit.
Rain Dates-
Paradise Valley Golf Club will not pre book rain dates. It is our policy
to everything possible to stay on schedule. Paradise Valley Golf Club
will hold the final word on weather related closings. In the event the
course is closed after the event has started, the following will apply:
0-4 Holes All players will receive an 18 hole rain check
5-13 Holes All players will receive a 9 hole rain check
14- Or more Players will NOT receive a rain check
Payment-
The tournament director must collect all fees from tournament participants.
The tournament director is responsible for payment to Paradise Valley
Golf Club. Acceptable forms of payment, Cash, Cashiers Check, Money
Order or Personal Check. The balance less deposit is to be paid no later
than the day of the event.
Playing Formats-
In the interest of all golfers enjoyment and maintaining a proper pace
of play, formats other than scrambles must be approved by the Head Golf
Professional.
Dress Code-
Proper golf attire is preferred at Paradise Valley Golf Club. Collared
shirts are preferred but not mandatory. Men must wear shirts with sleeves.
Halter tops, tank tops and swim suits are not permitted.
Paradise Valley Golf Club is a soft spike facility. No metal spikes
are allowed.
Private Coolers and Beverages-
Private coolers and beverages are not allowed at Paradise Valley.
A Great Day on the Links
A bad day on the golf course is better
than a good day at the office. Why not combine a good day on the
golf course and a great day at the office. Is their a better way
to say thanks to your customers or employees than treating them
to a day on the links? Paradise Valley is the perfect place to
make that happen.

Your tournament has not quite grown
to the point that your ready for a shotgun. The Tee Times package
is perfect for those groups of 28- 60 players looking to have
some fun on the links.

For those tournaments that are looking
to raise money for a charity or organization and needing some
help. Let Paradise Valley Golf Club assist, we have raised thousands

Beverages-
You have been fortunate enough to have one of the local distributors
donate product for your tournament. Great! Paradise Valley Golf
Club will keep your beverage carts stock with product and ice,
all you have to do is supply volunteers of age to operate the
carts. Paradise Valley Golf Club charges fifty cents per can of
donated product. Product must be delivered to Paradise Valley
by the distributor. |

Paradise Valley Golf Club will donate back to the charity $5.00
per player. The more players the larger the donation!
