Deposit and Payment Requirements
A $500 deposit is required and must be received in order to reserve the date requested.
Prices are subject to change until the contract and deposit are received.
60 days from the reception-1/2 of the projected balance is due
10 days from the event-a final guest count and full payment is due
Minimum Number of Guests
Fridays- a minimum of 75 guests
Saturdays-a minimum of 100 guests
Charges incurred on the day of the event will be deducted from the reservation deposit. Provided there is no damage, missing items, or unpaid charges, the reservation deposit will be refunded, by check, to the reserving party, no later than (1) week following the event.
*A $25.00 fee will be assessed for any returned check.
Cancellation of the Reserved Date
Cancellation by the reserving party, at any time, for any reason other than an act of God, will result in the forfeiture of the required reservation deposit and 50% of all monies paid.
Upon cancellation, Paradise Valley Golf & Country Club reserves the right to secure another reservation for the date in question. In the event such a reservation is secured the reservation deposit and retained monies will be refunded.
Paradise Valley is not responsible for any damage or loss to any articles or valuables belonging to the host or their guests prior to, during, or subsequent to any function. The host is responsible for damage incurred to the Club.
